A new Wawa store has been proposed in the Holland section of Northampton Township.

Township officials on Monday confirmed that developers have submitted plans for the 5,585-square-foot Wawa on a property at the intersection of Holland, Rocksville and Buck roads. The plan was submitted by Provco Pinegood Northampton, LLC.

The Wawa would have gasoline sales and there would be 50 parking spaces at the store [and 16 fueling pumps], according to plans submitted to the township.

The plan currently is being reviewed by township staff and consultants. The Northampton Township Planning Commission will first consider the application, followed by the board of supervisors.

LOL! This map was used by Provco in a presentation to Newtown Township Supervisor's to justify why Newtown needs a Wawa; i.e., other surrounding Wawa's are just too far away.
