Jurors have issued a verdict in the Dodgers negligent security personal injury lawsuit. They have determined that the Dodger's organization was liable for negligence but that this negligence was only 25 % of the cause of the injuries to the plaintiff. The remainder of liability was placed upon the two assailants who beat the plaintiff in the stadium parking lot. The gross verdict was for $18 Million but, the Dodger are deemed responsible for only $4.5 million of this amount.
